I meant to write an update on my 100 push-ups project. Well, I did the initial test and it was so abysmal (and much worse than I thought it would be) that I got completely discouraged. I tried the first day last Sunday (more than a week ago) and then didn’t do anything after that! But I’m gonna get back on the bandwagon and start again. I decided that even if I don’t do “proper” push-ups (either by doing “women’s push-ups” or by not going down so far), I’ll still improve my strength and that’s gotta be a good thing.
